Additional information: The Tropical Commodity Coalition, Agri-ProFocus and the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality are pleased to invite participants from industry, producer organisations, NGOs, governments, traders and manufactures, who work in coffee, tea and cocoa supply chains.
The value chains of coffee, tea and cocoa are different. Nonetheless in recent years a range of similar initiatives and programs were developed. In each chain the transformation of the coffee, tea and cocoa industry into a more sustainable sector presents an extraordinary challenge to all the stakeholders involved. Cooperation is a first step to develop these initiatives to their full potential and thus improve the social, environmental and economic situation in each sector.
The entire conference is focused on sharing experiences, discussing initiatives and finding practical solutions. Key speakers from both industry and Southern civil society organisations will give insight in their supply chain approach.
