Agri-ProFocus consists of the participating organisations, the foundation's board of directors, the participants' council and a secretariat.
The participating organisations all have a say in the development of procedures and goals for Agri-ProFocus. The foundation's board is elected by the participating organisations. One representative from each of the participating organisations is appointed to the participants' council. Their involvement reflects the organisations' commitment to contribute personnel and financial resources to the partnership.
The secretariat of Agri-ProFocus performs the role of services broker and coordinates the setting up of projects. The secretariat also facilitates the knowledge platform.
