1. How does the network benefit your organisation?
The APF objectives are in line with the core business of Aequor. We strongly believe in cooperation between people and organisations. This helps to reach targets you would not be able to achieve by working on your own. APF gives us the opportunity to participate within the network of NGOs and generate information from developing countries APF focuses on. Participating gives us also the opportunity to draw attention to secondary vocational education as a basis for farmer entrepreneurship.

2. Please give an example of a joint action, in which the APF network played a visible role.
Unfortunately this has not yet happened.

3. If you were in charge, what should the APF network look like in 5 years’ time?
We would have more secondary Vocational Education Training (VET) institutions and young Dutch farmers involved.

4. How will your organisation contribute to the APF network in the next 2 years?
We strongly believe in demand-driven education that meets the needs of business and industry. In case of requests to re-organise vocational education systems in the APF countries, Aequor can deliver expertise to set up a structure for a demand-driven VET-system. We could define learning outcomes and work together with schools to define curricula including quality standards for effective on the job learning.
