On June 18th, 2013, Agri-ProFocus Rwanda was among the key partners that were awarded by the Government of Rwanda for their outstanding contribution to the success of this year’s National Agriculture Show. The Government, represented by the Minister of Trade and Industry, Honourable Francois Kanimba, called for agriculture to be professionalised.
The Agri-Hub Mali has stepped up to the plate. Despite the difficult political situation in 2012, the Agri-Hub has been able to co-organise the first edition of the Foire Agricole de Sikasso (Agricultural Fair of Sikasso). And this ‘FASKO’ has been a big success!
The Agri-Hub in Niger celebrated the first edition of a week (27-30 Nov) of expositions, presentations, speeches and networking around the themes of cooperation and farmer entrepreneurship. This Entrepreneurial Week took place in the Palais des Sports in Niamey and attracted an average of 250 visitors every day.
