Four East-African countries and about ten organisations worked together to organise a unique event in Nairobi: the East-African Farmer Innovation Fair (EAFIF). This Fair gave farmer innovators the opportunity to showcase their innovations to the public, researchers and industry players.

Therefore, the Agri-Hub Kenya hosted a Business Cocktail to talk with professionals about investment opportunities in the agri-business sector. The five best ideas were pitched and hotly debated, with ‘Mushroom production technologies’ for a winner.
